1Da Banton Discloses Which Songs He Wrote And Produced For Davido’s ‘Timeless’ Album
Renowned singer, composer, and performer 1Da Banton has unveiled the songs he composed, co-wrote, and produced for Davido’s ‘Timeless,’ likely one of the most eagerly awaited albums of 2023. The “No Wahala” crooner claimed that he co-authored and even produced the masterpiece “Na Money,” which is featured on the groundbreaking album “Timeless,” and that he also penned the big song “No Competition,” which also features Asake.
The singer revealed this in a message on his social media account, thanking Davido for allowing him to work on the album.

According to OBO in a recent interview, he had to sit back and let things run their natural course on the album, and it shows in every facet of “Timeless,” from the choice of guest features to lyricism to beat selection to beatmakers. Alongside the original vibe machine, Banton, Davido also worked with other ingenious producers killing it in the game, which include Yung Willis, Damie, Blaise Beatz, and rave-of-the-moment Magic Sticks.
Davido revealed how some of the mentioned producers influenced the crafting of his new project. He noted that Willis was instrumental in making “LCND” and its concept in his latest interview with Beat FM. He also stated that Magic Sticks and his longtime friend and Neo-fuji superstar Asake put him on to Logos Olori, one of the two of DMW 2.0’s newest signees.
