At Something In The Water Fest, Tyler, The Creator Declares Pharrell The “Greatest Of All Time”

During his set at the iconic musician’s second annual Something In The Water concert, Tyler, The Creator dubbed Pharrell the “best of all time.” During his concert, he summoned 21 Savage and Pharrell to the stage to perform “Cash In Cash Out,” the trio’s latest single.

“Trying to be all, ‘Ooooh,’ down to earth, n***a stop it!” he told the audience. “You are the greatest of all time. The innovation, the execution, but if ni****s want to talk numbers, the numbers speak for themselves too.”

He went on: “I love you, I’m forever indebted to you, forever in debt to you, thank you for your existence. And please give it up to this man for putting this whole thing together. We appreciate you.” Tyler isn’t the only person to sing Pharrell’s praises.

Tyler wrote a lengthy Instagram post describing the impact In My Mind had on him as a young teenager on the tenth anniversary of its release. Pusha T, who played at the festival as well, recently lauded Pharrell for his own achievements.

“Without Pharrell, there is no It’s Almost Dry,” Push said earlier this month at a stop on his It’s Almost Dry Tour. Tyler stayed late into the night to watch Pharrell play his own set on stage.
