Meanwhile, a magistrate court in the Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State has given bail to singer Habeeb Okikiola, Portable. This came after the Ogun State Police Command charged the artist on Monday. A.S. Shoneye, the chief judge, presided over the court where he was charged with five assault-related counts. However, the accused entered a not-guilty plea to the accusations.

The presiding judge said the offenses were bailable and awarded the singer bail with bail bonds of N300,000 and N500,000 and two sureties who had to reside within the court’s jurisdiction in his decision on the singer’s application for bail. However, the judge decided that when the defendant’s bail conditions are satisfied, he will be moved to the Ilaro Correctional Facility. As a result, the case has been postponed until April 26 to start the hearing.
