Last weekend, Grammy-winning R&B singer and songwriter SZA released her new album “SOS,” and everyone cannot stop talking about it. She’d been teasing the release for a while and even hinted at a new collaboration with Doja Cat that was expected to be on the project.
Unfortunately, that did not happen. Well, SZA still delivered. The singer has had the world in a chokehold since the album dropped. Well, the world and our darling rapper and social media sensation, Blaqbonez.
The “Back In Uni” star took to Twitter and gave a shout-out to the “Kiss Me More” star for the album. He wrote, “thank you, SZA, for this album.” Blaqbonez seems to be a fan of good R&B. SZA’s “SOS” has gotten generally positive reviews from both fans and critics.
The project houses 23 tracks and features contributions from Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridges, Travis Scott, and Ol’ Dirty Bastard. She revealed that it was supposed to have more features, but the artists she reached out to did not deliver their verses on time before it was completed. She evidently did not need a lot of features to deliver as she did with it.
