He is a Nigerian record producer, songwriter, and vocalist of Afro-fusion music. He was initially a Spaceship Records artist signed to Burna Boy. Buju officially changed his name to BNXN in 2022 to avoid confusion with Buju Banton and have more distinctive branding.
