Bovi Laments Davido’s Absence
Bovi Ugboma, a comedian and actor, has claimed that he misses music singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido. Bovi turned to Twitter to express how much he misses the musician who livens up social media for his followers. The father of three also announced that he would be in the front row for the singer’s upcoming concerts.
He wrote: I don’t know the dates. But anything Davido Dey do this year, I’m front row screaming myself sour. I’m missing Davido like babe wey break my heart.
Davido took a social media hiatus following the untimely loss of his three-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, on Monday, October 31, 2022. The musician took a break from social media to mourn his baby. However, images of Davido and his wife, Chioma, appeared on social media many weeks later, at the inauguration of his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, as Governor of Osun State.
On the other hand, the ‘Stand Strong’ singer returned to Instagram a few days before his performance at the 2022 FIFA World Cup closing ceremony in Qatar, where he shared romantic images with his wife, Chioma. The post also became the first Instagram post to accrue over a million likes on the platform. However, since then, the singer has gone back to silence. We truly hope he is holding up alright.
