Brent Faiyaz is currently one of the most popular R&B performers on the scene. He’s noted for his silky voice and obscene lyrics that always seem to hit a chord with listeners. He’s also one of those musicians who takes a long time between releases, which can create a lot of excitement among fans.
Faiyaz’s fans have been yearning for a full-length album since the release of “Wasting Time” with Drake. In fact, the musician announced in May that he had done recording, adding to the intrigue surrounding his next body of work. Faiyaz blessed his fans yesterday by posting a one-minute teaser for what appears to be his upcoming album Wasteland on Twitter.
The smooth singer, however, did not provide us with a specific release date, but he did say that the album will feature prominent names like Drake, Alicia Keys, Tyler, The Creator, Mike Dean, The-Dream, No I.D., Jorja Smith, The Neptunes, and others. Faiyaz is clearly aiming for the stars with this release, as evidenced by all of these names and features. It’s his most star-studded release to date, and we’re sure the anticipation for this album will soar.
