Burberry And Minecraft Work Together To Introduce A New Collection
Within a few years, the world transitioned from the digital to the metaverse, and the metaverse will rule in the future. The relationship between Burberry and Minecraft is laying the road for one of the few ways that gaming may grow its influence in the world.
Gaming is a “marquee moment” for investment, according to Philip Hennche, head of Channels Innovation, since “Gaming is a super important channel for us in terms of how we engage our customers.”
The collaboration between Burberry and a video game franchise is not new. Beginning with B bounce (2019), B Surf (2020), in-game NFT collection (2021), and then the second one in July 2022, it has a wide range of additional partners in the sector. Burberry and Minecraft debuted a new gaming adventure on November 1, 2022, with the goal of increasing Burberry sales and increasing public awareness of the metaverse.
The four-round game, Burberry: Freedom to Go Beyond, will be played in an online version of London. For the purposes of the games, the players must don various Burberry brands. The Minecraft Marketplace provides access to the Burberry virtual world. The collaboration will converge the real and virtual worlds.
