How do you feel when you hear news of your faves doing the most? We get excited and hope for more. Nigerian stars Burna Boy and Tems have been kicking it since last year. They are among many famous Nigerian artists taking over the world with their music.
Burna’s hit single “Last Last” was an absolute phenomenon. His album “Twice As Tall” was a movement. Burna toured the world, selling out arenas and delivering amazing performances to excited fans. He recently hit the Coachella stage and left no crumbs.
Tems, on the other hand, has been the name on everyone’s lips, especially in the US. She collaborated with Beyoncé on her hit album “Renaissance” and co-wrote the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack “Lift Me Up,” performed by Rihanna. The song earned rave reviews from fans and critics and was performed by Rih at the Oscars.
Her debut album is one of the most anticipated projects this year. According to recent reports, the two Nigerian stars will attend the 2023 MetGala. The MetGala is curated by fashion icon Anna Wintour and invites only the most influential people in the world.
