Burna Boy Releases “Rollercoaster” Music Video Featuring J Balvin

Burna Boy is truly at the pinnacle of his career. Following the success of his sixth studio album, Love, Damini, and single “Last Last,” the African Giant has established himself as a global force to be reckoned with, headlining festivals (such as Dreamville Fest and Afro Nation) left and right. However, Colombian musician J Balvin is equally powerful as the Afro-fusion sensation in his genre.

The pair collaborated artistically on “Rollercoaster,” which lost no time to become a fan favorite globally. After the release of several other visuals for songs on the album, including “Kilometre,” “Last Last,” “For You Hand” with Ed Sheeran, “Vanila,” “Whiskey,” and “Common Person,” Burna Boy has now released an official video for his smooth track with Balvin.

The two met at the Lafayette Theater and, in the music video directed by Loris Russier, reflect on how far they’ve come before being drawn into the multiverse that is their unquestionable fame and fortune. Another highlight of the new visual is the cameo made by Rowan Atkinson, popularly known as Mr. Bean, who played the role of the theatre attendant. It was a surprising but lovely appearance.

With this new music video, Burna continues to set the bar high for Afrobeats musicians everywhere. Watch the new offering below.
