Cardi B Honors Offset As He Turns 31
Offset traveled to Jamaica with his wife, Cardi B, for a vacation in honor of his 31st birthday this week. On Tuesday (December 13), footage of the Migos rapper’s birthday trip went viral online, showing the power couple having a great time on the Caribbean island. Offset can be seen gazing out at the blue lake backdrop in one video, while in another, he rides with Cardi in a golf cart while the New Yorker claims she is afraid of the cart’s speed.
In another video, Cardi and the couple’s friends sing Happy Birthday to Offset inside Lobster Dave Seafood Restaurant and give him a birthday cake. Offset also expressed gratitude on Twitter for finishing another orbit around the sun by writing: “Blessed to see another year.”

The birthday party comes after Cardi B stated in a voice memo posted on Twitter last month that she had been struggling to elevate Offset’s spirits in the wake of TakeOff’s awful death. Weeks after his groupmate and cousin TakeOff was shot and killed at a bowling alley in Houston, Texas, Offset shared his sorrow over TakeOff’s passing in a moving Instagram post in November. However, the father of 4 was able to set his feelings aside and perform live again earlier this month for the first time since the tragedy.
