Chlöe Bailey And Damson Idris’ “Swarm” Sex Scene Leaves Fans In Awe
Chlöe Bailey and Damson Idris have already disturbed social media timelines with their new series Swarm, which premiered this morning on Donald Glover. In the opening five minutes of the BeyHive-inspired television show’s debut episode, Dre (Dominique Fishback) witnesses her sister Marissa Jackson and her lover Khalid (Damson Idris) having sex. Chlöe has previously admitted that she shot a love scene for Swarm. Yet, nobody anticipated it happening so early in the series.

It didn’t take long for Twitter to offer its opinions. Someone commented, “Damson Idris is shooting such scenes with Chloe Bailey and going home to Lori Harvey?” Some others questioned why it was such a big deal, saying it must have taken the singer a lot to film such a provocative scene. Chlöe had worked in television and movies before, but Swarm was the first time she recorded a love scene.
Bailey revealed in a Deadline interview that she was in awe of the script when she first read it. However, she only understood later that she needed to shoot a private moment with Idris’ character.
“I first read the script, I was like, ‘Oh, this is insane, this is incredible,’ and I cried, and then I realized, you gotta do that sex scene, girl,’” she said.
Damson ensured that Chlöe felt as at ease as possible on set, although she was afraid to shoot with him. Check out some Twitter reactions below.
