Chris Brown And Wizkid Collaborate On New Smash Single, “Call Me Every Day”
Chris Brown’s new global hit with Wizkid drops barely a week before his album’s release. The duo gets into the groove on “Call Me Every Day,” trading choruses over an addictive Afrobeat instrumental that is a strong contender for summer’s best tune.
Not only does Chris and Wiz have a great working relationship, they’ve also maintained a great friendship and bromance over the years, appearing on each other’s songs and bringing each other out on their various shows. That amazing synergy can be found in this latest release as well.
Chris’ first album in three years, Breezy, will be released on June 24. The album has collaborations with Lil Wayne, Jack Harlow, Anderson.Paak, Tory Lanez, H.E.R., Ella Mai, and others, in addition to Wizkid. He released a tracklist for the 23-song project earlier this month.
“Hopefully, I don’t miss with this,” said Chris, referring to his his forthcoming album, “Breezy.” “The pocket for this album and what the fans want, especially my female audience, it’s a good pocket.” Chris’ “One of Them Ones” joint tour with Lil Baby will begin on July 15 in Raleigh, North Carolina, and conclude on August 27 in Las Vegas.
