It’s new music everywhere you turn, with various artistes pumping and pushing out new jams every other week for fans to vibe out to. In the spirit of new releases, Nigerian artist, Davido, has just announced that some great club bangers will be coming from his camp in no time.
In a very recent tweet, the Afro-beat music star published that he would be dropping two insane collabs, first with South Africa’s own Amapiano crooner, Focalistic, together with fast-rising star, Ckay. Following closely, a week later, according to the tweet, would be another release in which he teams up with U.S. rap star, DaBaby.
The first song entitled “Watawi” which he brags to be a potential ‘club banga’ will see its release come Friday. However, the title of joint track with DaBaby is yet to be announced. About a month ago or thereabouts, the “Bop on Broadway” rapper was seen in several clips and photos that captured him on set of a new music video with Davido somewhere in Lagos, Nigeria, which further confirms that the two have some major heat on the way.
CKay and Focalistic, on the other hand, have been former collaborators with Davido, having worked with him on songs that have topped charts and received massive airplay. These new set of songs promise nothing less. You may want to be on the look out.
