Debbie Rowe, Michael Jackson’s Ex-Wife, Claims She Is Partly To Blame For His Passing

Debbie Rowe, the 63-year-old ex-wife of Michael Jackson, attributes some of his 2009 passing to her own actions.

TMZ Investigates: Who Really Killed Michael Jackson is a recent documentary that features Rowe in which she describes in detail her previous employment with renowned Hollywood dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein, who administered the pop icon Demerol, an addictive and potent narcotic. When she acknowledges that she “should have done more” to prevent Jackson’s painkiller addiction, the ex-wife breaks down crying.

“I should have done something and I didn’t. There is a number of people that died from addictions and in some way I was part of it,” she said, blaming herself for the singer’s passing and for not doing more to assist patients like him.

Michael Jackson’s family members are allegedly “bewildered” by Debbie Rowe’s assertion that she watched as a doctor unethically prescribed the superstar lethal medicines, according to The Sun. Particularly upset by her remarks are the late popstar’s ailing mother Katherine, 92, and his brother Randy, 66.

“Debbie’s decision to speak to this show about what she knew about Dr Klein . . . has dumbfounded some of the older Jackson family members,” an anonymous insider disclosed to The Sun. “Debbie has not been this open with some of the brothers for sure, so for her to speak on a TV show is bewildering.”
