Diddy Chides Akademiks For His Remark About Yung Miami

Following the news that the rapper had welcomed his sixth child, DJ Akademiks called Yung Miami, the musician’s girlfriend, a “side-chick.” Diddy responded by calling the musician a liar. The birth of Diddy’s daughter Love Sean Combs, who was born on October 15 and who he shares with cyber-security expert Dana Tran, 28, was announced on Saturday, December 10, shocking admirers all over the world.

After Akademiks, 31, got into a social media spat with the model, Diddy—who was seen out with Shawntya Joseph on October 19, only days after his child was born—took to Twitter on Tuesday to defend his girlfriend, 28, with whom he is in an open relationship.

In response, Diddy tweeted, “@yungmiami305 is not my side chick. Never has been, never will be. She’s very important and special to me, and I don’t play about my Shawty Wop. I don’t discuss things on the internet, and I will not start today. So think what you want. But know that if you do something to hurt mine, I’m gonna to come to your house and we’re gonna talk about it like human beings. LOVE.”

The argument was sparked when DJ Akademiks tweeted about Diddy having a child with his “harem of side chicks.”

Even Yung Miami attacked Akademiks, telling him to keep her name out of his mouth. And, of course, Akademiks returned with a rebuttal and said the Caresha Please host was misdirecting her anger. Many users also came at Akademiks for being unnecessarily petty, asking him to sit this one out.
