Diddy Claims The Woman Who Is Suing Him For Wrongful Termination Is Attempting To Extort Money In A “Meritless Shakedown”
Diddy is being sued for wrongful termination by a lady claiming to be Kim Porter’s niece. The woman, according to TMZ, asserts that Diddy terminated her employment after she asked to take maternity leave. The woman is suing Diddy, Tri Star Sports, and others, claiming that she was a full-time nanny to Diddy’s twins after Porter’s death in November 2018; her name is unknown and she is identified in the documents as Jane Doe.
She claimed that when she asked for maternity leave two years later, she was dismissed. According to the woman, Diddy asked her to move in to his estate, where she took on the twins’ 24-hour care. The maternity leave was asked for in August 2020, but Diddy allegedly became “infuriated” and fired her right before she started her vacation.
The woman claimed Diddy representatives informed her she was let go because she was unmarried, pregnant, and setting a poor example. In response, a representative for Diddy informed TMZ that the lawsuit is an effort at extortion and shakedown and named the plaintiff as Raven.
“…Her babysitting services were always intended to be temporary especially since the girls were getting older and spending most of the day at school. In fact, Raven’s transition out of her role was planned and agreed to by her long before she even mentioned that she was pregnant. Mr. Combs will take swift and immediate action to protect his family against these false claims.”
