Due To A Stage Tumble Into A Hole, Post Malone Sustained Injured Ribs
Singer Post Malone fractured his ribs over the weekend in St. Louis after falling through a hole on stage, according to his management. On Saturday, Post Malone, 27, whose real name is Austin Richard Post, fell mid-song while onstage at the Enterprise Center in downtown.
He could be seen rolling over in anguish and gripping his ribs in a video posted on social media that looked to show him falling through a trap door used to transport equipment on and off stage.

Post Malone’s manager, Dre London, revealed in a post on Sunday that the musician bruised his ribs in the incident but is already recovering. “We did X-rays @ hospital after the show & they declared he had bruised his ribs!” said London, thankful he didn’t break any ribs.
He commended Post Malone for finishing the song and the performance despite the mishap. “In true Posty fashion loving his fans he finished the show! I truly don’t know any artist like him,” London wrote. Additionally, he posted a video message that Post Malone had posted on Twitter to explain his difficult fall.
Following a trip to the hospital, where he was given painkillers, he declared he planned to continue the tour.
