Elton John Rocks Gucci, Head-to-toe, And Hits The Streets Of NYC In Style
Elton John hit the stage for his second huge show consecutive nights in a row at New York City’s Madison Square Garden last Wednesday.
With just hours to go until he puts on his unique stage persona, and all the striking fashion ensembles that go with it, the British musician decided to take some time for himself which included a casual stroll. The outing comes after John suffered a mid-air scare that forced his private jet to make an emergency landing while en route to the U.S. for the New York concerts.
John stepped out on the streets of New York City decked head-to-toe in Gucci; a fancy, black varsity jacket on top over the luxury fashion brand’s signature green tracksuit pants. He was in company of a security guard and he also seemed it fit to protect himself during these covid-19 pandemic times with a black face mask.
Though he showed up in high spirits on Wednesday, John was said to have been ‘shaken’ up when his private jet was forced to make an emergency landing back in the UK, which was even after three attempts because of the fierce 80 mile-per-hour winds from Storm Franklin. Thankfully, John made it out the jet in one piece.
