Following Trolling About Her Deceased Parents, Megan Thee Stallion Gets Support

Megan Thee Stallion is well aware of how unpleasant it can be to be the target of harassment on the internet. Over the past few years, the rapper has been involved in a number of disputes, including her ongoing legal dispute with Tory Lanez. This has caused a rift in the Hip Hop community since some fans believed Megan when she said that Lanez shot her, but those who support him are just as adamant about his innocence.

Kelsey Nicole, Megan’s former closest friend who was purportedly present when the rapper was shot two years ago, is a person who is frequently forgotten. Megan and Kelsey’s relationship has suffered a severe setback, and frequently on social media, the lingering effects of their friendship’s dissolution can be seen.

On both Twitter and Instagram, Monday night (August 29), Megan and Kelsey engaged in a back-and-forth in which they called one another out. It didn’t take long for trolls and followers of other rappers to join in and make derogatory comments about Megan’s parents. Her mother died of illness just a few years ago, and the rapper’s father died when she was a youngster.

“My parents are dead jokes are so tired,” Megan wrote in a tweet yesterday. As soon as the controversy broke, fans defended Megan and appeared to blame one particular fanbase.
