For Father’s Day, Coi Leray Shared Some Old Benzino Photos

It was Father’s Day yesterday, which means there are plenty of posts on social media thanking dads. Celebrities are getting involved. “He don’t pull out,” Abby De La Rosa said at the club, mocking her father, Nick Cannon. “It’s not really a holiday,” 50 Cent said, referring to the day. The day was commemorated in a song by Kota the Friend.

Coi Leray is commemorating her father, Benzino, who is a star in his own right, on Father’s Day. The musician used Instagram to post some old photographs of her father. Coi Leray posted two photos of Benzino to her Instagram account, one with the song “Family > Money” by Babyface Ray playing in the background and the other with the comment: “Happy Fathers Day Raydog! I love you.”

Benzino is a television host, producer, and rapper in addition to being Leray’s father. He was a member of Hangmen 3’s illustrious production crew. Coi Leray is well on her way to following in her father’s footsteps in the music profession and achieving her own career.

Leray released her 25-song debút LP, Trendsetter, in April, and it was a star-studded affair. Nicki Minaj, BLEU, Fivio Foreign, Young M.A., G Herbo, H.E.R., Nav, Polo G, and others all contributed to the album.
