Freeway Shares Heartwarming Freestyle In Honor Of Late Son And Daughter

Hip-hop veteran and Philadelphia rapper, Freeway, has released a freestyle in honor of his late son and daughter, Jihad and Harmony, who painfully passed away a within the space of a year.

Freeway’s son passed away in October 2020 at the age of 19. His daughter, Harmony, joined her brother last year in October after losing the fight to cancer. The rapper shared a tribute post on social media for his children after their demise.

Freeway took to his Instagram handle to share the emotional verse he had recorded in his car. In it, he shares that while they’re no longer here, his kids remain with him always.

“I lost my boy, then I lost my girl, they’re not here no more, that shit crushed my world,” he raps. “They’re always on my mind, always in my thoughts, while im on my grind, they’re in my heart.”

Before sharing his heartfelt freestyle, the rapper found time to celebrate the three-year anniversary of his kidney transplant surgery that went successfully.

“Smh with all the stuff going on in my life I almost forgot.🤦🏾‍♂️years ago today Feb. 5th 2019 I was blessed enough to receive my gift of life, my new Kidney,” Freeway captioned the post.
