Isreal DMW “Goes Solo” After Davido Unfollows Him; Makes Social Media Post That Has Netizens Reacting
Isreal DMW, Davido’s logistics manager, recently posted new images on social media with internet users in stitches. In the Instagram images, Isreal may be seen wearing nothing but a white towel and baring his chest. He poses for the camera with a glum expression, with a plastic bottle of what appears to be herbs in front of him.
Remember the viral video where influencer Enioluwa Adeola bemoans facing a flight stopover on his way to Botswana for the Forbes ‘Under 30 Summit’?
Enioluwa, in the video, says he was at the Davido Timeless concert. However, when he checks Instagram, he discovers that Davido had already been at the conference the day before.
As a result of his difficulties in Botswana, Enioluwa expounded on the value of having enough money for comfort and claimed that he would have requested the 30 BG singer to fly him there on his private jet. Isreal DMW, via his WhatsApp stories, however, accused Enioluwa of being gay in a recent video that was seen on Tosin Silverdam’s official Instagram page. He continued by saying that 30BG does not condone or advocate homosexuality, Enioluwa is into “rubbish,” and his fans would argue that it has content.
Telling Eni to avoid Davido, Isreal DMW wrote,
“We are not in support of gay, god forbid bad tin. They are into rubbish and dia useless supporters would say is content”
Following the comments, the highly regarded Afrobeat maestro Davido unfollowed Isreal DMW, his Personal Logistics Manager, in response to the alleged homophobic post against the influencer, Enioluwa. The event, reported a few weeks ago, made quite a stir online as a Snapchat user going by the name Juju DMW posted pictures of Enioluwa with homophobic captions.
Isreal DMW briefly clarified his role in the misleading and offensive posts and regretted the difficulties it caused. However, a survey done on Davido’s Instagram profile revealed that he had unfollowed Isreal DMW and has not been seen with him since then.
