Jerry Seinfeld Is The Face Of A New Fashion Ad That Has Garnered Praise From Gwyneth Paltrow And Others, Including His Wife

In order to showcase some of the company Kith’s fall clothing, Jerry Seinfeld has traded in his customary garb—not that there was anything wrong with them—for some more stylish ones. In the latest photographs by photographer Mark Seliger, the 68-year-old comic still sports the baseball caps and casual coats for which he is well known, but he has also added some vibrant prints and a serious look.

The Comedians in Cars presenter and former Seinfeld cast member didn’t venture too far into uncharted ground, though. He wore a cap with the emblem of his beloved New York Mets baseball team and some Queens College attire, as he is known to do. Seinfeld stated in the caption that he was “honored” to be a part of the collection, which would help the City University of New York and its Queens College, which he attended in the 1970s.

“Shooting these pics with [designer] Ronnie [Feig] and my friend @markseliger was just plain fun all day,” he added. Seinfeld isn’t renowned for his modeling, but he received a lot of praise online. While his pal Gwyneth Paltrow, who is known for her elegance and Goop-like tastes, wrote, “#hotjerry,” while his wife Jessica Seinfeld left a flame emoji.
