K-pop Sensation BLACKPINK Adds More Support Acts to Their Landmark London Show
BLACKPINK's Historic BST Hyde Park Show: A Star-Studded Affair
BLACKPINK, the global K-pop sensation, has announced an impressive lineup of support acts for their historic appearance at London’s BST Hyde Park. The group, consisting of Jennie Kim, Lisa, Jisoo, and Rosé, is set to become the first K-pop group to headline a major UK festival, marking a significant milestone in their already illustrious career.
The festival, scheduled between June 24 and July 8, will see BLACKPINK headlining on July 2. The group has recently revealed six additional acts joining them at the festival, adding to the initial wave of artists announced back in March.
Among the newly announced artists is Rebecca Black, best known for her 2011 track ‘Friday’. Black has since re-established herself as a singer-songwriter, releasing her debut solo album ‘Let Her Burn’ in February. Australian pop singer and social media star Peach PRC, known for her debut single ‘Blondes’, will also be joining the lineup. Other additions include Mazie, Annika Bennett, Sarah Crean, and SPIDER.
This announcement comes amidst BLACKPINK’s ongoing ‘Born Pink’ World Tour, which has seen the group perform in various locations, including Australia, Paris, and the US. The tour is in support of their latest album, ‘Born Pink’, released in 2022.
Tickets for the BST Hyde Park show are currently on sale, with fans eagerly awaiting what promises to be an unforgettable performance from BLACKPINK and their diverse lineup of support acts.
