Kendrick Lamar Plans To Purchase A $40M Los Angeles Mansion

Iconic American rapper, Kendrick Lamar, is allegedly spending $40 million to buy a mansion in Los Angeles.

The former TDE rapper and his family are relocating to Brentwood, according per a Wall Street Journal article published on Friday, May 17. The seller is a trust that is connected to Viet Dinh and Jennifer Ashworth Dinh, his spouse. Former Fox Corp. chief legal and policy officer Viet Dinh was responsible for developing the ill-advised strategy that led to a sizable settlement deal in Dominion Voting Systems’ favor.

There are nine bedrooms and fifteen bathrooms in the farmhouse-style mansion. Wine cellars, fitness centers, media rooms, spas, and elevators are among the amenities. A 925-square-foot guest house and a swimming pool are also there. K.Dot will be able to pay the enormous amount thanks in part to his spat with Drake, which enhanced his reputation and financial standing.

The rapper from Compton now has four singles in the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100, with the number one song being “Not Like Us.” The Mustard-produced hit has brought in over $275,000 in revenue in only the past week, according to HITS Daily Double. The song has 58.7 million streams, which account for the great majority of this total. It has also made slightly over $13,500 from 15,000 sales.

“Euphoria” is currently at number three on the list and has earned over $210,000 in the past seven days, with 7,500 purchases and over 45 million streams.
