Korra Obidi Addresses Backlash About Provocative Photo

Korra Obidi, a controversial dancer and vocalist, has recently resurfaced as a topic of conversation on social media. She shared an Instagram snapshot of herself wearing bright red lingerie and creating a stance highlighting her buttocks.

Her post was “We Move,” Her fans responded with love and criticism.

An Instagram user, @mommy_m_four, commented in Igbo, Nne Ogini,  which means,  Woman, what is it?

Korra Obidi responded with a fierce yet calm retort. She hinted that she had previously shared a video of herself singing wholly clothed, but no one had watched it, so this was her way of garnering attention.

Korra Obidi’s post prompted a heated debate among her fans over whether it was appropriate for her to upload such a provocative image. Some people thought the photo was insulting and that it was wrong for a mother of two to upload a vulgar photo of herself. Others, on the other hand, defended her right to publish whatever she wanted on social media as long as it stayed within the bounds of the law.

Since her divorce, though, Korra has been showing off raunchy and racy content on social media, much to the chagrin of some celebrities and fans alike. She even disclosed that during the AFRIMMA Awards, Rapper Phyno had requested her to stop twerking on social media. But she seems to have decided on sticky to her notion of “You can’t tell a woman what to do with her body.”

The mother of two seems happy to be “free.” This follows the completion of her divorce and the awarding of custody of her daughters.
