Lady Sues Oxlade For N20m Over Leaked Sex Tape
The lady featured in Nigerian singer, Oxlade’s leaked sex tape has filed a N20m lawsuit against him over their leaked sex tape.
In February, social media users were shocked to find a sex tape of Nigerian Afrobeats singer and songwriter, Oxlade circulating. The sex tape, alongside other sexually explicit videos of the “Away” singer, quickly went viral, and people could not stop talking about it.
A while later, the singer released a statement apologizing to his fans, and the lady featured in one of the videos. Identified as Tamara, the lady also shared that since the video was leaked online, she had gotten dumped by her boyfriend, and her family had disowned her. She also shared a screenshot of her chat with the singer, who she claimed had done nothing about it and not reached out to her.
According to recent reports, Tamara has filed a N20m lawsuit against Oxlade. She claims the leaked tape has caused her despair and is suing him for Criminal defamation, negligence, and invasion of privacy. Also, in the suit, Tamara claims the Afrobeats star set her up by inviting her to his home, filmed them having sex without her consent, and sent the videos to his friends, who then distributed them. The video was first leaked to Snapchat.
