Lil Baby is recording new songs with Drake in Toronto
Canadian Grammy-award winning rapper Drake has revealed he is recording new songs with American rapper Lil Baby. However, the duo have chosen Drizzy’s mansion in Toronto to record the new songs.
Lil Baby, who travelled to Canada to perform at the Metro Metro, where he was joined on stage by Drake, appears to have decided to spend more time in Toronto, putting it to producing some good work in the studio.

Shortly after their performance at Festival Metro Metro, Drake revealed in a live-streamed gambling session he hosted with Stake that Lil Baby was in the studio recording some new music. Drake later won $17million from the event.

Going by the revelation from Drake and the close relationship between the duo lately, it is possible that the pair will be working together on projects that will come out on their respective forthcoming albums. While Drake has not announced the production of a new album, Lil Baby last month teased a July release for a new studio album which would be his first in two years since the pandemic.
If Drake is featured on Lil Baby’s forthcoming album, it would be a continuation of their largely successful collaborations, which have seen them work together on Drake’s “Wants And Needs” and Certified Lover Boy single, “Girls Like Girls.”
