Lil Yachty Releases “Poland,” A New Single

In 2023, Lil Yachty is on track to release a new album. The Atlanta rapper made a comeback on Tuesday night with the release of “Poland,” his most recent song, which is only available on Soundcloud. The forceful synth-heavy production of F1lTHY and Yachty’s vibrato melodies make for a powerful preview to what he has in store for his upcoming album.

He hasn’t given any information about his upcoming project, but it appears that he intends to return to the genre that first made him famous. Additionally, “Poland” is Yachty’s first solo album of 2022. Around 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, Yachty published the song with the following caption: “STOP LEAKING MY SHIT …. PROD.F1LTHY …. ALBUM 2023.”

On October 21, Michigan Boy Boat—most Yachty’s recent studio effort—arrived. Yachty sings about a trip through eastern Europe in the new song over an 8-bit trap instrumental by F1lthy that is too saturated. He reiterates, “I took the woooooock to Poland,” revealing once more the joyful adolescent who captured our hearts with “One Night” and “Minnesota” in 2015.

In 2021, he released Michigan Boy Boat, which was largely influenced by the music coming out of Flint and Detroit. On his Instagram page, Drake also uploaded Yachty’s most recent song with the caption: “Boat Opera on tour 2023.” Check out the song below.
