The 64-year-old Grammy Award winner kept her modesty intact by placing some candy emojis over her nipples in a series of images posted on her Instagram Story on Friday. Madonna captioned the images, “Went from candy to money. She had long, straight red hair and a gold corset, matching undergarments, and black fishnet stockings to cinch in her waist and frame her naked chest.
She posed for another anonymous black-and-white photograph wearing a black bustier with a candy emoji covering her crotch.
“Thirty years ago I published a book called S.E.X. in addition to photos of me naked. There were photos of men kissing men, woman [sic] kissing woman, and me kissing everyone,” she rehashed. “I also wrote about my sexual fantasies and shared my point of view about sexuality in an ironic way.”
Madonna’s coffee table book, Sex, was published in October 1992, the day following the release of her fifth studio album, Erotica. A highly sought-after collector’s item, the book spent three weeks at the top of the New York Times Best Seller list and immediately sold more than 1.5 million copies during its one and only printing.
During a YouTube Q&A in August, Madonna had stated that “sex” is what keeps her going.
