Migos’ Takeoff, Age 28, Was Shot And Killed In Houston

Takeoff, a rapper with the Migos and Quavo’s nephew, was shot and killed in Houston when he was 28 years old.

The victim of a shooting that occurred in the early hours of this morning was discovered dead when police arrived, according to the Houston Police Department. Social media rumor on the identity of the victim continued for several hours after that. According to the first accounts, Quavo and Takeoff got into a fight while watching a dice game. Police gave their official confirmation that the two were in the area of the incident.

Two additional people may have been shot at the scene, according to the initial reports from TMZ. Uncertainty surrounded their conditions after both had been brought to a nearby hospital. Police have not yet provided media partners with identification of the victim as of the time of writing. They have said that information would be released after the victim’s family has been notified and the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences has confirmed the victim’s identify.
