Milwaukee Rapper, 414 Lil Moe, Murdered In Hometown

The disgraceful yet scary trend of rappers being offed in their hometowns continues with the shooting to death of up-and-coming artist, 414 Lil Moe.

Milwaukee Police reports that the 26-year-old rapper was killed on Tuesday, February 8th, around 9:30 p.m. local time, but confirmed there’s no still suspect in custody, as it’s still undeciphered what actually led to the shooting.

414 Lil Moe, in 2021, had just began gaining traction following the release of his “Breaking Into The Industry” EP, which is home to his fan-favorite “Trendsetter” single, spawning over 100,000 streams on Spotify alone.

The Wisconsin native managed to work with deceased Quality Control rapper, Wavy Navy Pooh, who was also shot and killed in his hometown in Miami last month, on a track his manager and friend Yung Rhodes put out last year.

In an Instagram post following the murder of Wavy Navy Pooh, father to two children at the time of the shooting, 414 Lil Moe remarked about the collab experience and sent his condolences and support to the family of Pooh and his QC label.

They say it’s always your home town,” 414 Lil Moe wrote in the caption. “Man we was suppose to link in MIA to shoot “Been Told”!!! N-gga we was just talkin a couple weeks ago about another collab!!” 414 Lil Moe wrote in the caption. God rest his soul.
