Mr. Eazi Asserts That Protecting Musicians And Their Music Is Now Easier Than It Was In The Past

Reputable Nigerian singer and formidable business mogul, Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, better known by his stage name Mr. Eazi, has stated that technological improvements have made a major impact in music copyright protection.

He made the observation that copyright protection techniques in the music industry have advanced over the years. Mr. Eazi gave a talk on a panel about Fintech and the Creative Economy during the 3i Africa Summit, which took place in Accra from May 13 to May 15, 2024. He discussed the ways AI is transforming the production and creation of music.

Additionally, he has emphasized how artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the music business. He underlined how the creative process has changed while thinking back on his experience producing three tunes for Beyonce’s “The Lion King: The Gift” project. Mr. Eazi also discussed how his platform, Pawa Pay, is transforming payments for creatives all around the world.

The significant influence of AI and technology on the creative economy was highlighted by Mr. Eazi’s remarks at the 3i Africa Summit. He painted a picture of a future in which technology will continue to safeguard intellectual property, simplify, and improve the creative process.

Setting the direction for the digital future of the continent, the inaugural summit in Ghana brought together innovators, leaders, and policymakers from all over Africa.
