Mr. Jollof : Backlash As WizKid And Davido Tour Is Announced

Social media is going crazy at the moment, and quite rightly, for one of the biggest news to break this year.

WIZKID AND DAVIDO ARE GOING ON TOUR -TOGETHER!

WizKid made the revelation following a tweet, and mixed reactions have since trailed the news. One such was Mr. Jollof’s negative response which was quite vocal.

Wizkid, a Grammy-winning singer, songwriter, and performer announced on social media on the morning of January 18, 2023, that Davido would join him on tour following his “More Love, Less Ego” tour.

The story had gone viral on social media, with fans and celebs posting their comments.

Mr. Jollof was one of these prominent celebrities. Mr. Jollof responded negatively to the news, saying that the two outstanding artists should have embarked on a tour together while the applause was still loud. He also said that Wiz was attempting to “take flight by perching” on Davido’s shoulders. He also accused Wizkid’s team of ill-advising him of making the tour and announcement. He implied that Wizkid’s move was selfish and said it’s Davido’s turn to be loved by fans who are anticipating his concert soon, making it the reason he (Wizkid) is considering the move in the first place.
