Oladips Renders Apology To Wizkid FC, Calling Out Olamide, Reminisce, And Seriki In The Process

Oladips, the stage name of Nigerian rapper Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji, has apologized to Wizkid FC and called out artists like Seriki, Olamide, and Reminisce. You might recall that Oladips, who was recently in the news, dissed Wizkid in a freestyle he titled “she tell me say” after the singer made remarks against the hip-hop genre that drew a lot of criticism.

Oladips apologized to Wizkid’s fanbase on social media on Monday, December 5, 2022, after unveiling a three-track EP titled “Broke Boy,” which was motivated by Wizkid’s criticism of Nigerian rappers. Oladips maintained that Wizkid is not the issue with Nigerian hip-hop; rather, the issue is internal.

Seriki, a well-known rapper, was then called out by him for not inviting him to a recent performance. Oladips claims that Seriki didn’t call him for the occasion because he didn’t want a fight to break out between the rapper and his former label head Reminisce.

Oladips continued by asserting that he is the victim of business politics since the OGs, including notable figures like Olamide, have chosen to ignore him as a result of his falling out with one of them, Reminisce. Oladips continued by saying that he hoped to be able to get along with the people he had mentioned.
