Paul Okoye Is Eligible To Remarry After An Abuja Court Annulled His Marriage To His Estranged Wife, Anita Isama
The divorce between Anita and her estranged husband, Paul Okoye, has been finally granted by a Nigerian High Court in Maitama, Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory. This implies that Paul Okoye is free to wed any woman he chooses in his second marriage. According to SaharaReporters, Anita Okoye took her husband to court in June on allegations that he had inappropriate relations with their housekeeper and defrauded her of N10 million in total.
Anita officially petitioned for divorce from Paul Okoye, also known as Rude Boy, last year, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason. She submitted the paperwork to the High Court of Abuja. However, new court documents revealed Anita claimed in a petition that Paul had slept with their domestic assistant Florence. The claim was made in a petition she submitted against Paul before a High Court sitting in Abuja.
Anita claimed that Paul was luring Florence to hotels so they could commit crimes together. She also characterized Paul as a negligent father to his kids. In addition, there were rumors that Anita had given her husband ten million naira and that they had made plans for her to receive a plot of land near the TannkCo headquarters so that she could erect a mall. After receiving the money, Paul allegedly broke the terms of the deal. Anita, however, chose to drop the allegations and settle instead after allegedly failing to support each of them in her court case.
