Post Malone Again Accidentally Injures Himself During A Concert
At a recent Atlanta performance, Post Malone rolled his ankle, inflicting a second onstage injury.
Video of the event, which happened during Malone’s “Twelve Carat Tour” in North America, shows the rapper tripping and injuring his ankle while descending between stages. Then, as he exits the stage, Malone, who was singing “Psycho” by Beerbongs & Bentleys, is seen hobbling and wincing.
Malone explains his slip-up to the crowd at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena in a second concert video, saying he tripped on one of the “little holes in the middle of stage where fire comes out.” Afterwards, the singer jokingly begged the crowd to “forgive [him] ” if his “dance moves” weren’t fully recovered due to the injury.
Malone fell through a trapdoor during his performance in St. Louis in September, and this incident is his second on-stage mishap in as many months. His subsequent hospitalization for that incident led to broken ribs and the cancellation of his ensuing engagement in Boston.
Malone’s “Twelve Carat Tour” will next stop in Texas, Utah, and Washington before concluding out its North American leg at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com stadium, depending on the severity of his recent ankle ailment. The singer will then go to Abu Dhabi, New Zealand, and Australia for dates.
