Internet users took the chance to remind anyone who would listen that the multibillionaire had other responsibilities. Since he was wealthy and had recently purchased several pricey vehicles, some questioned why he hadn’t changed the phone. One woman raised the stakes by “dragging” Machala for not replacing his phone since and labeling him “Stingy.”
