Talented Nigerian street-hop artist Seyi Vibez has come back with a fresh project titled called “Memory Card”, this comes after the fast-rising artist released a “Para Boi” teaser, which gained a huge amount of citicism.

Seyi has been one relentless artist who keeps going hard with his sound, churning out bangers for the streets and topping the charts. The new “Memory Card” EP comes behind his last release, “Billion Dollar Baby 2.0,” which served as the deluxe edition to the original project that dropped months ago. The project came with five additional songs and went straight to number one on the Apple Music Nigeria Album chart, pushing Wizkid’s “More Love, Less Ego” down to the second position.

The musician had teased a new track on his official Instagram page before releasing the new EP. On December 26th, 2022, Seyi Vibez uploaded the one-minute footage of “Para Boi”to his Instagram profile. He belted the song’s lyrics in the video, which featured street slang and an Amapiano-style beat. Before he dropped this new project, the singer had already started fielding comparisons to fellow artist, Asake from fans and supporters.

Vibez quickly dismissed the style comparison idea, claiming that the inspiration for his choir backup vocals came only from the late Fela Anikulapo Kuti and not artists in his league. He categorically stated that “only the OGs” inspired his sound. The new EP, “Memory Card,” is now available for your streaming pleasure.
