Taylor Swift’s Childhood Home Hits The Market At $1.1million, Buyer Allegedly Found
For Taylor Swift, everyday is a fairytale, as she lives her wildest dreams.
Before Swift relocated to Nashville to chase a music career, later giving rise to her mega-stardom, she had lived in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Though she often sings about her 11-acre Christmas Tree Farm in the town of Reading where she was raised, she and her family did later rent a five-bedroom, five-bathroom estate in the same town.
In February, that five-bedroom home went on sale for the price of $1.1 million.Swift had been resident in this Georgian Colonial home for three years. Tagged to be “one-of-a-kind,” the home stands three stories tall, described as a structure of “old-world charm,” but having modern updates all over.
Features in the home include hardwood flooring, crown molding and a brick fireplace with a wooden mantel. The gourmet kitchen comes alongside a breakfast room and a solid marble-top island with floor-to-ceiling cabinets and an access to a second staircase.

On the second level comes the primary suite with a luxury bathroom, a double vanity, and an access to a private deck. The third floor boasts three additional bedrooms, all with angled/vaulted ceilings, some sick hardwood flooring and closets, while the fifth bedroom could come in handy for recreational purposes.
But following a $100,000 price slash, the property went into contract on Friday, according to The Post, which only means the home is about to enter its next chapter under new ownership.
