The Release Date For Metro Boomin’s New Album, “Heroes & Villains,” Has Been Announced

Fans of Metro Boomin were kept waiting for a new project throughout the entire pandemic. Though he collaborated once more with 21 Savage on 2020’s Savage Mode II, he has hinted that Not All Heroes Wear Capes will be followed up. The album now has a title and a release date. On November 4th, “Heroes & Villains” will be released, according to a new cinematic teaser that the producer released on YouTube to mark his 29th birthday.

The heated video teases a soulful sample, giving us hope that Metro may use samples more often in future output. Unfortunately, he hasn’t yet provided a tracklist or a list of guest performers, but we have no doubt that will change soon. The announcement follows ATL Jacob’s twitter promotion of the release, in which he claimed it will be among the best of 2022.

The album will be released almost four years after Not All Heroes Wear Capes, which featured Drake, Offset, Gucci Mane, 21 Savage, Kodak Black, WizKid, Travis Scott, and other artists. Below is the official trailer for Metro Boomin’s forthcoming album, Not All Heroes Wear Capes, which is scheduled to be released in November. The album trailer was shared on his Instagram page and going by the comments under the post, fans are pretty excited.
