The Release Of “Bando Babies” Has Been Announced By Quavo And Takeoff

In response to fan speculation that Quavo and Takeoff had been unfollowed by Offset and his wife Cardi B in May, representatives for the Migos have denied any breakup rumors. However, since that time, the former has been primarily concentrating on his solo career, and the latter duo has been releasing singles under the moniker “Unc & Phew.”

Early in June, the family released “HOTEL LOBBY” with a music video showing them on their way to Las Vegas and having a “bad trip.” Then, on July 29, Quavo and Takeoff collaborated with Gucci Mane (who had previously pulled them out on stage during his Rolling Loud show) for “Us vs. Them,” which filmmaker Keemotion also gave a video makeover for.

Offset has been keeping himself busy by releasing the Baby Keem-produced song “5 4 3 2 1” and getting his fans ready for the release of his widely-anticipated “CODE” duet with Moneybagg Yo on Friday. Using the hashtag “Bando Babies,” Quavo and Takeoff hinted on Monday (August 22) that they were working on a project of their own.

The 31-year-old did use the Migos’ 2012 song “Bando” to foreshadow the impending arrival, albeit it is still unknown if the title is for a single or a project. While some people expressed their joy in the comments section, many said they missed seeing the rap group function as a three.
