Travis Scott, Future And Southside Team Up For New Record, ‘Hold That Heat’

Travis Scott and Future are coming with some major heat.

The rap superstars joined forces with Southside on the 808 Mafia producer’s fiery new single, “Hold That Heat.”

“Six months down out in Cabo / The lil’ tryna teach me Spanish,” raps Travis over rumbling 808s before Future swoops in with his hypnotizing, toxic flow: “I got a main bitch but I mingle.”

The new record comes together with a visual that was directed by Philip Andelman, featuring icy chains, pole dancers, and laser beams. Travis was also seen holding an alligator on a chain while he stood in the halls of a grimy motel.

This would mark the first musical appearance from Travis since “Mafia” and “Escape Plan,” which he both released before the Astroworld Fest tragedy struck in November. However, he is getting set for his long-awaited album, Utopia, recently teasing the forthcoming album with billboards on the highway to Coachella.

In a week from now, Future will be dropping his new album, which will boast several spectacular collabs with the likes of Kanye West, FKA twigs, and Babyface Ray. He had already made the announcement recently, though the album title is yet to be unveiled.
