Trey Songz Slammed With New $20 Million Sexual Assault Lawsuit Over Rape Accusations

Trey Songz has been accused of forcefully having carnal knowledge a woman at his home in a new $20 million sexual assault case that was filed against him.

The woman claims that she actually had a consensual sexual relationship with the singer before the 24th of March, 2016, when all of that flipped over and he allegedly turned into a “savage rapist,” she states in the lawsuit. Trigga is also currently battling with two other separate sexual assault cases. A representative for the artist spoke to TMZ, denying the rape allegations.

“Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey,” the rep said in a revised statement. “Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client. It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault.”

The Jane Doe suing the singer claims that she had gone to one of the artist’s house parties back in 2016. She also alleges that she was given an invitation to come upstairs, where she ended up getting raped by Songz after she had told him she did not want to have anal sex.

The woman continues to state that Songz allegedly took off her pants when they got to the room, held her down, and forced himself on her. She screamed all through the painful ordeal and was later admitted in a hospital, she alleged.
