Wizkid Postpones His “More Love, Less Ego” 2023 Tour

Due to unanticipated logistical issues, Wizkid stated on his Twitter account on Thursday, February 2, 2023, that his forthcoming “More Love, Less Ego” tour would be postponed. He informed them that the tour will now take place in the Fall of 2023 and assured them that all previously purchased tickets were still valid.

Wizkid’s “More Love, Less Ego Tour” was originally slated to begin on March 3rd with a performance at the Houston Toyota Center. The tour was scheduled to visit 18 cities in the US and Canada from March 3 to April 7. The songs from Wizkid’s most recent album, “More Love, Less Ego,” which was released in November 2022, were planned to enthrall audience members during the trip.

Fans anticipating a live performance by the Grammy-winning artist were shocked to learn of the postponement. Although Wizkid cited unanticipated logistical difficulties as the cause of the delay, several people believe that low ticket sales are the primary driving force. However, Big Wiz sold out venues all over the world on his “Made In Lagos” tour in 2021–2022. In particular, he sold out three nights at London’s O2 Arena in November 2021.

On July 29, 2023, the hit-maker will perform at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium, making history in the process. Supporters will be eagerly anticipating the performance, particularly after he postponed his “MLLE” tour.
