Yinka Ayefele Responds To Viral Video, Stating That He Is In Good Health.

Dr. Yinka Ayefele, the chairman of Fresh Nigeria Limited, expressed his disappointment in a widely circulated Tik Tok video that falsely claimed he had passed away on Tuesday. The video utilized his images and those of his triplets along with a dirge from a gospel hymn by Tope Alabi.

Ayefele’s phone was inundated with calls and texts from concerned individuals after the video gained global attention. In a Tuesday interview with the Nigerian Tribune, Ayefele questioned why the video’s creators would spread such a rumor and promised to continue proclaiming God’s works no matter what.

He expressed his appreciation to his supporters for their encouragement and urged his followers to disregard the fabricated information. Numerous viewers criticized the producer of the video while also wishing Ayefele good health and a long life.

During a co-hosting stint on Fresh FM’s “Let’s Talk About It” with Enitan Olusegun Bamidele (EOB), Ayefele’s phone continued to ring and WhatsApp messages were blocked by his phone.

“My supporters and admirers from all over the world were calling to inquire what had happened. When they discovered it was false news, they started cursing the culprits,” Ayefele said.

He expressed his disappointment that someone could conceive such an atrocious act and gave God the responsibility of punishing those responsible

I will not die, I will live to declare the works of God. God will judge those responsible for this evil act because He knows who they are. What do they stand to gain by spreading false rumors about my death? Ayefele said.

I want Nigerians to know that I am alive and well. I’m not even feeling ill. It’s disheartening that someone could conceive of such wickedness. I have left it to God to punish those responsible.

My fans, please disregard the rumor. We will be here for a long time if Jesus tarries.
