Young Thug Has Announced New Music With Cover Art, Saying There Is "So Much To Talk About"

Young Thug reveals his next project is greatly inspired by his recent experiences.

Thugger caught his fans off-guard when he hopped on his Instagram to unveil the cover art for some new music on the way. The image showcases a topless Young Thug covered in blood, with both eyes shut. In addition, he disclosed that there is indeed a lot to be said on the new material. “These past few weeks gave me so much to talk bout.. y’all ready??,” he penned in the caption.

Back in March, though, Thugger lost the mother of his 14-year-old son, LaKevia Jackson, who was gunned down after the eruption of a dispute at an Atlanta bowling alley. Atlanta police announced they had nabbed a suspect on March 20 in connection with the murder.

Meanwhile, fans on Twitter have been attempting to put two and two together from the newly-released cover art. Many think it could mean that a continuation in the Slime Season series is on its way.

“Based on the cover of the upcoming Young Thug project,” one user wrote, “it better be what I think it is.” The fan even went on to share the cover art for the first three Slime Season tapes including the new project. In certain ways, they actually do share a similar concept. Fingers crossed on this one.
