Z-Ro Alleges He Suffered A Sucker-Punch During A Fight With Trae Tha Truth

Despite being only one side of the tale, a viral footage is suddenly getting some background. We previously covered the video of what appears to be a fight between Z-Ro and Trae Tha Truth in which the two Texas rappers trade blows. The video was quickly shared widely on social media, and as it became a viral sensation, TMZ called to get Z-Ro’s perspective on what happened.

“[I was] minding my business and when I walked outside, it was like, I’m called over to the side of sprinter van and he was like, ‘Ay, when you get finished doin’ that, come take this walk with me right quick,” he recounted. “I was like, ‘You talkin’ to me?’ I had to make sure he was talking to me ’cause I mean, I see you everywhere, you see me everywhere,” said Z-Ro.

“So, when I walked over there, the only thing I saw after that was this [gestures to being punched in the face] . I’m looking this way and then I see this and then you feel multiple fists and I guess, feet.” The cops were already on the scene and attempting to break up the altercation when he said that he first spotted who had allegedly attacked him as he stood up from the ground.
