Zinoleesky’s “Personal” Displaces Ruger’s “Asiwaju” as No. 1 Song On Apple Music – Album Tops Chart Too

Nigerian singer Zinoleesky is the man of the moment, thanks in part to his recently released single “Personal,” which has just bumped its way to the No. spot on the Apple music chart in the country, displacing “Asiwaju” by Ruger.

The milestone is significant for the songster because the song he displayed had actually held the No. 1 spot on the charts for four consecutive weeks – a personal record.
But then, when Zinleesky dropped his “Grit & Lust” album, of which “Personal” is one of the tracks, he snagged the supreme spot. How long he will hold that position is a question best put to time.

Interestingly, besides “Personal” snatching the No. 1 spot, the album mentioned earlier has also taken a similar spot on the album’s chart, ahead of Seyi Vibez’s “Billion Dollar Baby,” Wizkid’s “More Love, Less Ego.”

The significance of this triumph isn’t lost on the singer, who celebrated it on his verified Instagram page. Surely, having the No. 1 song and No. 1 album in the country is no walk in the park. You can check out the charts below.

For ZInleesky, who is part of the Marlian family, it is another reason to believe in his craft and, of course, to put in more work. Congratulations are in order for the songster.
